Pelham Town Hall Complex: A Tour

An opportunity to tour and learn about the local, state, and national importance of Pelham’s National Register Historic District. Joseph Larson, of the Pelham Historical Commission, will lead the tour of the site and buildings. Learn why LIFE Magazine, Yankee Magazine and Washington D.C.’s Governing Magazine have all published illustrated articles on the Town Hall. Find out why the leading expert on colonial town halls and meetinghouses states that Pelham’s is unique in New England. The interiors of both the Church/Museum and the Town Hall/Meetinghouse will be visited with attention to the features that are original to 1743 and more recent periods.
